Stocks Ready for a Final Step Up

Stocks have started going up after some consolidation on Wednesday  and some more today.

We are in a final up move  and we do not recommend any more buying unless you are a trader. After this rally is over in a few more days, we will start a big decline. IWM and TNA are acting very well so far and TNA will soon make new highs. All stocks will not make new highs. When the rally is over, we will get into TZA which will hit new lows soon.
