Update For Tuesday March 31, 2015 Premsarket

As expected on Friday we had a nice rally yesterday.  It may be all the rally we will have or it could be followed by  first down and then up. Since the volume has been lacking in the last two days, the rally may not continue much higher and in fact most stocks are ready to go down to new lows for the year and eventually below October lows. The markets are being kept up by Central Banks in USA, Japan, Euro zone and now China announced its on money printing program on Monday.
No matter how much money the Central Banks print, it cannot stop the deflationary forces. This deflation is due to shrinking in Credit and lack of new loans.
Whenever any company or individual, city or state declares bankruptcy, the amount of credit goes down and deflation takes over. This is what happened up during the housing crisis of 2006 to 2008. A whole bunch of housing inventory is still under water.

Gold an Silver may be ready to move up again after some consolidation recently. Oil and Natural Gas will continue to go lower because of excessive supplies.

Update For friday March 27, 2015 Premarket

The market wiped out all the gains of the the last 3 months in the last four days. It is not over yet. We will probably complete the 5  sub  steps of the first step down of the 3rd leg down by today. Then we will have a minot rally in step   two up and then much bigger decline.

Oil had a brisk rally in the last 3 days but we still have lower lows ahead till oil goes below $40 per barrel.
Gold should finish its consolidation  by today or so and will then have a nice rally  above Jan Highs.

Natural gas can make new lows. That is why DGAZ is going higher to new highs.
UVXY will also go higher after some consolidation in next day or so during any rally.

Update For Wednesday March 25, 2015

As predicted a few sessions ago the market  has started the  big decline in 3rd leg down. It will also be in five steps. So the first step down  will be completed  and then a minor rally in step 2 up and finally a bigger decline in step 3 down. we are in the 3rd  sub step of the  first step down. that is why it is pretty steep. after that small sub step up and then 5th sub step down. than we have a small rally in step 2 up.

One thing is for sure . we have started a big decline and it will go below the Oct lows.

Update for Monday March 23, 2015 Premarket

As predicted the market has been going up with NASDA making new highs.  Russell 2000 and TNA are making new highs. DJI, SPY, NYA, DJT did not make new highs and We do not believe they will do that. A split market is not a strong market . Bi tech stocks are making new highs and CURE  which is 3X Healthcare stocks  also made new highs before people took profits. You shold also take profits with any new rally.

Market will consolidate here so that insiders can sell  and sell short near highs. Most stocks will not make new highs specially which did not make new highs. So be very very careful here.

We have been warning you about natural gas. It is  going much lower and DGAZ will go higher like our vNatural Gas Motif. Oil is also going below $40 per barrel soon. USO, ERX are going lower.

Interest rates for long term bonds are going lower because interest rates are so low that US interest rates cannot go up while we have negative interest rates in EUROPE
