Update After Close of Market on March 26 Thursday

The markets finally rolled over in the last 3 days. TZA hd big gains inspite of DJI moving higher everyday. External news have only temporary effect on the markets.  Gold has been falling on its own even though it should go higher because of unrest due to Russia. It should start going up soon , otherwise  no chance of its going to new highs in the near term.

SPY   Should  go to new lows Below early Feb lows  with rallies in between

IWM hasbeen behaving very nicely. When DJI goes up it does not follow iti. Today it fell down quite a bit

TZA As IWM goes down, TZA goes up 3 times as much. It has been going up nicely. It should go up to early Feb highs

Update for March 24 , 2014 6 AM

As predicted, DJI  went back to recent highs before starting a decline on Friday. SPX made a new high before starting a decline on Friday. The last candlestick on candlestick charts  is bearish. Volume was high on Friday because of Option expiring .

The Russell 2000 (IWM) is trading for 49x earnings  compared with a multiple of 39x at the height of the Internet bubble. The S&P 500 P/E ratio of 17.2x is  also high. Earnings on Russell 2000 are also going down. This is the right time to become bearish on IWM  and corresponding ETFs. Thus we recommend purchase of TZA ( 3X bearish Russell 2000) to get the biggest bang and same can be aid about, SQQQ which moved nicely higher on Friday. 

Gold continues to move lower in 5h step down of he thefirst leg down. If Gold stays above $1300, a rally can be expected soon. This may not go above recent highs. After the rally has been completed, we will have to
 take short positions as we could easily go down below recent lows of $1180 in the final  5th leg down

Update for Tuesday March 18, 2014

Yesterday was the 4th step up of the First leg down. The 4th step  may be followed by 5th step down before we have a meaningful rally. The 5th step may have been completed on Friday. Then the rally will continue to previous highs.
 Gold completed the 3rd step  up of the 5th leg of the rally which started around $1181. The 4th step down is large and whether it will be followed by Step 5 up cannot be determined at this time.
