UPDATE for Nov 28 8:30 AM

SPY has been going up slowly everyday for the last 30 days. This is the longest stretch in 64 years. As we had predicted in our last post, OPEC or ROPEC ( including Russia) decided yesterday not to reduce their ooil output. Of course we had a SELL signal on our XLE and ERX energy related ETFs a few days ago.

There is deflation in the air and no matter what the central banks do, it cannot be stopped merely by printing money. Unless structural reforms are made, Eurozone and Japan are doomed.
Our turn is coming soon as data published by USA is full of lies and deception.

Update For Nov 25, 2014 8:30 AM PT

The markets have been going up based upon past data like happened in 2007 and 2000. We have Japan, Italy and France already in recession. Soon the market will start going down. Anything can happen when volume is low.
OPEC is meeting on Thursday . Oil will go down no matter what OPEC decides because of on going deflation which reduces the demand.
We have been bearish on Energy Stocks for some time. Our Energy Motif -Bull or NBear is up 20% today

Update For Nov 21, 2014 Pre market

Draghi announced that he will print more money to make sure that Europe does not fall into a deflationary spiral. It only helps to devalue the Euro currency further. It will move their stock markets higher in terms of Euros but not in terms of Dollars. ECB has started buying Asset backed securities.

China also reduced its interest rates to devalue their currency against the Japanese Yen as sharp decline in Yen was affecting China's exports.

All commodities have gone up overnight because of these unprecedented moves by both Draghi and China. Currency wars do not benefit anybody. This rally in US equities will further stretch the US equity markets temporarily.

UPDATE For Nov 19, 2014 Premarket

US markets are stretched to the limit. Japanese Yen hits a new low by going above 117.5 yen to the dollar. This will not help the Japanese economy. Russell 2000 has given Sell signal and the rest of the market will follow suit.
