The decline in the morning today shows clearly that peaks of SPX, Nasdaq and Russell 2000 have already happened . DJIA has started the 3rd leg down.
Oil is also going down short term as shown in chart below. That is why GUSH is going down short term and may start going up again in 3rd leg up.
Gold has started going up again as GLD has gone up again above the 15 day moving average . Soon DUST will start going down sharply and NUGT will start going up again.
