FOMC Meeting Was A NON- Event

After yesterday's FOMC meting, nothing got changed. We still are printing $85 Billion every month.
Dollar will keep on weakening and stocks may or may not go up . We will not go long at this time. Shorting selective stocks may be prudent but there will be a rally around the corner and you can be whipsawed.

TNA is going down Are not you glad we got you out a few days back with a nice profit?

NO SELL signal on US markets Yet

Even though market is moving up on low volume there is no SELL signal yet. Gold  and Gold related stocks should continue to move up.

Both Nikkei & Shanghai Markets gave SELL signals

Shanghai & Nikkei both gave SELL signals. Also Emerging markets ETF EEM gave a SELL signal. Italian market also gave a SELL signal.
DJI  , SPY and IWM went up on low volume and did not exceed the previous highs. All these are early signs of a market that wants to go down. Gold and Silver are consolidating  near previous resistance before making new highs soon.

Shanghai After giving  SELL signal two days ago, made a lower low below September lows

NIKKEI   In spite of weakening yen against the US Dollar, the exports are not increasing . Federal Reserve should learn from this

Italian Market ready to give a SELL signal

DJI Going up on low Volume so that Big Money can Sell near TOP. Bullishness near highest level sin of a coming decline

SPY went up on very lo volume

IWM  Went up on low Volume

TZA  Sitting near lows

Get Ready for Start of A decline in US markets

The markets are overbought  and insiders need to sell near the top. Opening of the US Government offices was a perfect excuse for the insiders to take markets to new highs. Now the insiders will move the markets up and down a few more days so that they can sell to as many suckers as possible.
Se the chart of SPY ( ETF for SPX) . It looks like forming an ending traiangle. IWM  is near the top of a trend line as well. DJI never made a new high. That is  a big discrepency between DJI & DJT and other markets.  DJI is the only major index that did not make a new high.That is another reason the markets may be peaking out. We still DO NOT have a SELL signal. DO NOT BUY TZA yet but get out of TNA. Upside potential in TNA is limited.

GLD  Gold ETF is giving a BUY signal as we told you last Thursday. After one day consolidation it is ready to move up.

SLV  Silver ETF also gave a BUY signal on Thursday.  Technically it looks stronger. Buy as many Silver coins as you can afford. Indians  are  buying 6000 tons of Silver as they are prohibited from buying Gold

GDX Gold Miners ETF also gave a BUY signal on Thursday

 USLV ( 3X Silver ETF) also gave a BUY signal

NUGT ( 3 X leveraged Gold Miners ETF) also gave aBUY signal.
