Market Will Continue to Go Higher Near Term

Not only US markets but markets around the world continue to go higher because of easy money policies of Central Bankers.SPX and SPY and Dow Jones Transportation made new highs as predicted in our recent blogs.Yesterday's decline is over with  may be a nice rally today and tomorrow. QQQ is close to previous highs. NASDAQ and Russell 2000 have not reached previous highs. Market may go up till next week before a meaningful  decline starts . GOLD and Silver going lower still. There may be a short term rally soon in GOLD but it will be followed by further decline.

Market May Be Heading Higher As No SELL Signal Yet

May 23, Friday 6 AM
As predicted in our last blog, the market has been going higher moving up in 4 of the last  five sessions. We expect it to go higher till it reaches the previous highs in SPY and or DJI. Dow Jones Transportation made a new all time high yesterday. Gold is still going lower in its 5th leg down. We may reach between 1222 and 1262  in Gold soon before any significant rally. Dollar is strengthening in a major change of direction and this is not good for Gold.  Dollar index is at the highest level in the last 3 weeks.
QQQ includes 100 of the largest domestic and international nonfinancial companies listed on the NASDAQ Stock  Market based on market capitalization It includes Apple, Google  and Amazon. It has been going up recently and may reach recent highs. NASDAQ will not reach new highs or even come close to recent highs.

The decline  in the markets can start anytime between now and end of the month or even go up till first week in June because of seasonal factors. Because of low volume , we expect a day of  good decline anytime between now and May 31 before a final move up. So stay nimble and take profits in leveraged positions. The insiders need to distribute  stocks to retail customers near the highs before a meaningful decline starts.

Bonds are also showing too much bullishness  and this high sentiment will result in  bursting of the largest bubble created by Central bankers in the last 10 years. We will get  a signal before it happens.

Stock Market Rally May Continue towards Recent Highs

As predicted on Friday  May 16, the rally is continuing towards recent highs. Nasdaq,  QQQ and Russell 2000 had the most decline and are experiencing the largest upward move.Since the volume has been so low, the rally is not very strong and can reverse anytime. Gold and precious metals  will  make new lows soon.

Clear SELL signal Given But a Rally For A Day or More

Friday  May 16, 2014
After hitting a new high on Monday, SPY, DJI  all gave a SELL signal yesterday while they completed five steps of the First leg Down. The Buy signal on IWM, TNA, GOOG  on Monday was a one day affair that is over with new lows  in Russell 2000  yesterday before a rally started from the lows. We expect rally  towards  Monday Highs starting today. DJT still has not given a SELL signal. Decline in Gold & Silver is continuing.

Rally Can Continue Short Term

May 13, 2014   Tuesday
DJI and SPY and Dow Jones transportation made new highs yesterday.  Rally which started Wednesday is continuing and spreading. QQQ and IWM also gave Buy signals yesterday. This requires caution as these may be just one day affair. Thus rotation can occur where many stocks can participate. We do not have SELL signal yet . So stay away from short positions. Gold also had a short term rally but Gold will start going down again.
