As expected, the markets are heading towards new lows below Aug 24 lows. Snce Russell 2000 cannot be easily manipulated , it is making new lows. Rest of the indices will follow the same path.
Energy remains weak and Gold is finally rising in the 3rd sub step. UVXY is also up today.
