SPY, NASDAQ and RUSSELL 2000 made new highs but DJI, NYA and DJT did not make new highs. Most of the stocks are not making new highs. Oil stocks have not made new lows yet.
This market is fractured and manipulated by central bankers.
The truce in Ukraine is not working and there are indications that Greece's debt will be extended for 6 more months. But it will not solve growth problems in Greece and other Euro currency countries.
