The markets reversed on reduction in tensions in Crimea. Apparently Russia blinked. Looking back, we really did not get a SELL signal on US markets. Since we published our comments before the markets opened yesterday, it appeared that we may get a SELL signal. Sell signal never really came as most indices remained above
15 day moving averages. The rally can continue to previous trend lines or lower points. One thing is for sure. We are not very far from a SELL signal.
