DJI, SPY have been giving SELL signals and so are markets around the world. That includes markets in India, Japan, China, Brazil, Germany, France , Italy and Britain.It appears we will not have an agreement till Oct. 17 and that will get only a short term rally. Even TNA & IWM are going to give a SELL signal today. We ignored the first sell sgnal a few days ago but we cannot ignore it any more. Let us look at some charts:
