After making lows from Aug 28 to Sept 3, the US markets have been going up as predicted on August 28 in our blog on relatively low volume. We started the final 5th step up in this rally yesterday and the rally is in its final stages no matter what the Federal Reserve does tomorrow as far as tapering is concerned Not every stock is participating in this rally. You can buy TNA sometime today ( not at the opening) and hold on till the market makes a new high in RUT ( Russell 2000 iindex)
Yesterday most stocks opened at the highs of the day and sold off during the day. That shows the weakness of the market. Many Stock indices will make new highs.

Because of the manipulation by some brokers , it has been a difficult trade. Finally NUGT is ready to move up in a big way. Gold made a double bottom last night as it stayed above the lows made in Hongkong Friday. It is ready to move up no matter what happens tomorrow.
