Many markets around the world are giving SEll signal since yesterday. That includes  German DAX, UK's FTSE , French CAC   and Italian markets. DJI and DJT are ready to give SEll signal today. IWM (Russell 2000 ETF) also gave a Sell signal yesterday based upon the criteria we use in our book. NASDAQ composite also gave a SELL signal today.

DJI and SPY may go back to recent highs before confirming a SELL signal soon.

The markets are not giving any clear cut SELL signal even though there is divergence between Nasdaq and DJI. Markets can go to recent highs and may even exceed them. Russell 2000 also has not moved below its 15 Day moving average.
 Gold and silver are resting before they resume the upward 4th leg rally.

The market has been going up for the last 3 days but has not exceeded the recent highs established on June 9 , 2014. The direction of the market will be determined by Federal Reserve Meeting announcement today.  Markets can go back to recent highs and may exceed them.
